As an Entry-Level Credit amp; Collections Analyst, like all superheroes, you are the quiet hero analyzing amp; quickly making important decisions in order to keep the financial health of the company in tip-top shape.

Located in Itastca, IL, in this B2B role you will be working for a global technology firm with both established and new clients with a team of other smart, detail and goal oriented individuals. As an Entry-Level Credit amp; Collections Superhero you are

Your Superhero Credit amp; Collections Analyst Tasks amp; Goals:

• Ability to examine, research and understand credit risks of a wide variety of clients
• Approve or deny credit on new accounts
• Release orders as they meet credit requirements
• Collections calls (50-100/week) and emails (50-100) a week
• Reduce amp; maintain a lower quantity of past due amp; pending due accounts
• Ability to work with outside counsel amp; agencies
• Review purchase orders, invoicing and other documents to resolve billing conflicts

Requirements

To Qualify for Superhero Credit amp; Collections Analyst Status:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Business Admin, Finance or Accounting preferred)
• 1-10 years experience in credit amp; collections
• Understanding of collections, credit amp; billing procedures
• Excellent customer facing communication style and dedication to service
• Posses all of the superhero qualities outlined above
