Scope of Position amp; Technical Competency -:

• Responsible for completing level of care assessments for TLP and RAW and making appropriate referrals according to program standards.
• Cover group sessions when needed for staff call outs and vacations and otherwise determined by management.
• Coordinates with supervisor and/or site supervisors to determine coverage need at site level
• Maintains client files according to program standards until the time of referral.
• Develops initial treatment planning goals through contact with clients.
• Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and family members.
• Communicates with referral sources and company representatives.
• Manages client files by having appropriate documents with in the allowable periods.
• Attends meetings regarding client’s progress.
• Conducts insurance reviews including documentation.
• Collects client co-pays.
• Expected 40 hours per week with expectation of 25 billables per week unless covering in PHP level of care and/or having to increase LOCA availability per site.
• Attends trainings, staff meetings and supervision as needed and according to program standards.
• Maintains 25 CEUs per year
• Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic physical environment for clients including crisis intervention.
• Maintains ethical boundaries with clients.
• Attends weekly to biweekly supervision
• Ability to support other programming in OBH offices as needed and as appropriate.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.

Requirements

Education, Experience:

• Current licensure in this Commonwealth- LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD OR PsyD
• A Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services field) or other related field.
