Job Description

The Line Studios is a full-service creative production company for e-commerce brands. Our clients range from large global fashion brands like FarFetch and L'Oreal, to emerging D2C companies like Hill House Home and Negative Underwear. We know that strong imagery drives sales. And we believe creative assets are strongest when they are built on a foundation of knowledge and data. We work closely with our brand partners to learn what works best for them, and why. We lead improvements to help their creative assets benefit their bottom line.

The Senior Account and Production Manager will be responsible for creating and managing a best-in-class client experience for all of The Line Studios' clients. This role will own all aspects of the client experience, from weighing in on pitches, to onboarding, all the way through to post-production delivery and follow-up. The right candidate will have an unmatched attention to detail and be highly organized; they will have excellent project management and communication skills, matched with a very strategic mindset.

Working closely with the company founders, the Senior Account and Production Manager will help to grow the business and manage the day-to-day production. As experts in their field, they will be able to identify areas for improvement and growth. The Senior Account and Production Manager is a creative thinker, who is excited by a good challenge and is always thinking of innovative ways to improve.


The Job

  • Manage client engagements and relationships
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior members of the client team and identify opportunities to grow business throughout clients’ organization
  • Manage all shoots through the pre/production/post phases in an organized, nimble and efficient manner
  • Manage production team and creative team to a ensure client’s needs are met and operations are running smoothly
  • Listen to client briefs and create compelling and personalized estimates and presentations to showcase TLS services and pricing
  • Collaborate with all TLS team members to ensure a smooth project from beginning to end
  • Lead talent refreshes on a regular basis, fostering emerging talent and bringing in fresh people for a diverse and highly skilled roster
  • Identify, manage and solve for any issues or challenges that arise
  • Critically examine current production processes and proactively identify areas of improvement
  • Implement improvements to production processes
  • Attend client pitches to understand needs and collaborate with owners to win new business
  • Work with vendors to attain competitive quotes for services such as catering, props, and other services
  • Keep up-to-date with new tools and resources (i.e. model booking software, apps, prop sites, etc)
  • Assist Leadership team in ensuring short term and long term objectives and goals are executed.
  • Identify strategy to delegate administrative task to junior team members

Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience in a related position, specifically related to the ecommerce industry
  • Expert in the creative production process, from lifestyle to ecommerce shoots
  • Excel in client and project management
  • Have created estimates and proposals in previous positions
  • Have management experience
  • Well versed in creative operations for multiple sets
  • Strong existing talent network and desire to grow and foster creative roster
  • A desire to be involved in a fast-growing start-up
  • Proficient in all things Mac
  • Strong in Google Sheets and Excel, must have thorough understanding of Pivot Tables, VLookUps, and managing information in Sheets.
  • Knowledge of Quickbooks Software, and/or willingness and ability
