The Role

The Solutions Architect at Vertebrae is the glue that binds our prospective client sales and our internal teams. The SA is a passionate Vertebrae platform expert who works closely with the Sales Directors throughout the sales process to ensure our clients are knowledgeable of the technical and procedural aspects of an implementation, while demonstrating the overall benefits of our solutions to arrive at elegant solutions to their core ecommerce challenges.

Primary Responsibilities

• Expedite the sales process - Understand the client’s goals, position Vertebrae within the competitive landscape, and quickly provide solutions to possible roadblocks.
• Partner with the Sales team to develop and present perfect-fit solutions to prospective and existing clients.
• Consult on the Vertebrae solutions that best fit the understood client needs; including full scoping, documentation, and communication to internal teams.
• Collaborate with teams across the company, including product, 3D, Customer Success, Engineering, Implementation, and Marketing to ensure a holistic approach to information sharing, product evolution, and maintaining our lead in the marketplace.
• Develop long-lasting relationships with clients that span multiple years and projects.
• Respond to RFIs, RFPs, and Security Questionnaires with speed and accuracy - including overall ownership and orchestration of participation from internal team members.
