What you will do:
- Build overall strategy across brand, PR, and Influencer space that will position Public Goods as a buzz-worthy brand
- Build brand awareness and generate excitement around shopping through strategic and proactive consumer PR programs and strategic community engagement communications.
- Evangelize a consumer-first mindset by incorporating consumer insights and data into all marketing and key business decisions.
- Develop, track and optimize PR and brand marketing campaign KPIs
- Build and manage PR, social media, and influencer marketing team
Who you are:
- Self-starter with 6-8 years of PR or Brand Marketing experience. Experience with DTC/eCommerce is a plus
- Experience with establishing and scaling CPG brands
- Track record of successfully working with executives and business leaders anticipating their needs, understanding the larger objectives and creating innovative, compelling ideas on time and on target.
- A start-up mentality - not afraid to test out new ideas, roll up your sleeves to get stuff done!
- Leadership and people management experience preferred
