Veterinary Healthcare Associates is a veterinarian-owned small animal practice that encourages a self-directed and entrepreneurial work environment. For over 30 years, VHA has proudly served the Central Florida community by delivering outstanding patient care and unmatched client service. Our practice offers a diverse and challenging caseload and the tools and equipment to manage them. Our fast-growing, progressive, AAHA accredited 10 doctor emergency, specialty referral, and primary care practice. Our team has a place for everyone - full-time and part-time.

Client Service Representative Responsibilities:
The Client Service Representative (CSR) has the ability to be a team player, multitask, quickly prioritize, problem solve, and handle stressful situations while maintaining a positive outlook. The CSR is the client’s first contact when calling or visiting the practice and as such represents the professional image of the practice to callers and visitors. The CSR answers telephones, greets clients, prepares patient files, and escorts clients and patients to exam rooms, receives and relays client correspondence, updates client financial records. The exceptional CSR has the ability to diffuse negative client situations and foster client bonding.
Excellent written and oral communication, basic math skills and computer literacy is a must along with a dedication to lifelong learning and continuous improvement.
