Amount is seeking a DevOps Engineering Manager or current Engineering Team Lead who is ready to take on the next role! The right candidate for the role is someone that is an effective communicator, team builder, and focuses on the customer experience. Core responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize efforts; being a mentor, a guide, and a leader for others; being comfortable with hands-on software development and software architecture.

With your help, we will continue to reinvent banking by helping our Amount platform partners innovate and digitize their banking products and services!What you'll work on:- SDLC tooling and processes that enable other software engineers to be effective and efficient
- Understand software engineering principles to enable reviewing and debugging code
- Build product roadmaps and prioritize software features
- Educate and evangelize software systems knowledge across engineering teams
- Ensure features meet quality and scalability standards through promotion of standards and mentorship
- Hire phenomenal engineers who complement the existing team
Who you are:- Exceptional coding abilities and experience with architectural software engineering patterns
- Perform feature level design given high-level requirements, taking into account business requirements, data/Indicators/reporting, scalability/performance requirements, security, and time available to implement
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical role or equivalent experience
- Effective communicator that can align stakeholders and product roadmaps
