Job Objective:
Are you a person who loves to organize, schedule, improve processes, and likes a challenge? We are hiring a Project Manager for our website design/development and digital marketing (SEO/PPC) projects. This position will require 2+ years of experience with project management practices, specifically for websites. The project manager will provide end-to-end management of all the web projects, provide PM support for other teams and will have some client-facing meetings/calls.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and plan projects for website design and development, SEO and Paid Media
- Define and assign tasks and due dates to internal and external team members
- Manage schedules and deadlines
- Monitor progress of multiple projects
- Collaborate on establishing technical and design requirements
- Assists sales with scoping projects and pricing
- Manage scope of work of projects including changes to project scope
- Ensuring time and budgets are met
- Coordinate internal resources, cross-team projects, and contract resources
- Maintain project and process documentation
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Update internal team members on project progress
- Highlight potential user experience problems or functionality malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
- Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues
- Discover and implement opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency
- Manage support requests
- Provide quality assurance
- Prep support and project billing for Accounting
- Job costing and profitability analysis
- Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects

Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- 2+ years proven work experience as a website project manager
- Strong working knowledge of website design and development
- Experience with WordPress
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Knowledge of Google Docs Suite and/or Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused mindset
- Ability to work on tight deadlines
Helpful experience:
- Asana
- Ecommerce, specifically Shopify
- Agency background
- Customer service experience
- Website and digital marketing strategy
- Understanding of SEO and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of UE software
Physical Demands:
- Ability to sit for long periods of time.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand movements for long periods of time.
