We’re currently looking for a Director of Cyber Security Content to to be the one the industry leading instructors behind our next generation security training! This role will be responsible for outlining, architecting, and helping deliver world class Cyber Security training roadmaps and content.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with our Chief Content Officer, Neal Bridges, to outline the training roadmap for red, blue, and purple team training
- Through your expertise in cyber capabilities, identify key concepts that need to be taught to career focused cyber security professionals and create a roadmap for how to achieve those goals
- Manage a team of world class instructors to deliver the highest level of cyber content
- Participate in relevant industry wide activities such as conferences, workshops, user groups, and other networking events to ensure consistent knowledge with cybersecurity trends
- Partner with peer organizations such as sales, marketing, client success, and other teams to contribute to the success of the organizations ability to gain market share in cyber security verticals
- Work closely with full-time INE content team members to incorporate courses into the INE platform
Requirements
What You'll Need To Be Successful
- Advanced degree, or 10 years of relevant and demonstrable experience leading enterprise cyber security teams, security operations teams, or other senior leadership roles in a cyber security organization.

- A strong ability to receive constructive feedback, either from within the company or the cybersecurity community, to continuously improve the courses offered on the INE platform
- Previous teaching or instruction experience and content review a plus
