This role will report directly to the CEO.

What you will do:

  • Build an overall strategy across PR and Influencer platforms that will position Public Goods as a leader and innovator in the direct-to-consumer space.
  • Build brand awareness and generate excitement around shopping through strategic and proactive consumer PR programs and strategic community engagement communications.
  • Evangelize a consumer-first mindset by incorporating consumer insights and data into all marketing and key business decisions.
  • Develop, track, and optimize PR and brand marketing campaign KPIs.
  • Build and manage PR, social media, and influencer marketing teams.

Who you are:

  • A self-starter with 6-8 years of PR or Brand Marketing experience. Experience with DTC/e-commerce is a plus.
  • Experienced with establishing and scaling CPG brands.
  • A trusted track record of successfully working with executives and business leaders anticipating their needs, understanding larger objectives, and creating innovative, compelling ideas on time and on target.
  • Someone with a start-up mentality you’re not afraid to test out new ideas and roll up your sleeves to get stuff done!
  • A leader who has experience managing a team.
