Due to our success and subsequent growth, we are now we’re looking for a Senior People Partner (HRBP) to help increase the efficiency of Talentful’s People team, as well as curate and own people’s experience of and with Talentful as an employer.


The role

  • To lead the implementation of all internal People processes such as development frameworks, training initiatives, and HR-related programs.
  • To increase the efficiency of the People team by supporting the Chief People Officer, and offering practical assistance to the heads of Learning amp; Development, Talent, and Culture.

What you’ll be doing

  • Conducting thorough research into areas of compliance and policy.
  • Maintaining our company handbook with the latest employment legislation, creating new policies when required.
  • Working closely with the Chief People Officer to take a developed strategy and roll it out across the US business
  • Working closely with stakeholders across the People team, such as Head of Learning amp; Development, Global Head of Talent to implement initiatives.
  • Taking the lead on projects such as employee sponsorship.
  • Creating internal playbooks for certain scenarios, equipping the company with the necessary processes to scale efficiently.
  • Day-to-day handling of sensitive ER matters.
  • Create an outstanding onboarding experience, ensuring all aspects including setup, introductions, workshops and account alignment are communicated clearly and delivered well.
  • Consider the impact of multiple geographical locations, travel, social events and company updates by taking a holistic view of employee engagement.
  • Take ownership of relevant tools and systems related to employee experience and culture.
  • Monitoring and reporting on metrics to ensure levels of engagement and retention increase, or are maintained, quarter on quarter.

Requirements

  • A strong understanding of the importance of an impeccable employee journey.
  • Strong project management and team skills.
  • High emotional intelligence with an understanding of the complexities and sensitivities of employee relations.
  • Self-sufficient and driven.
  • Ability to work at pace.
  • Ability to analyse and compare data and reports from various people tools and systems.
  • A proactive nature.
  • Previous experience as an HR Manager or Business Partner.
  • Experience within a fast-growth scaleup business, ideally with international exposure.
