Job Description
Seeking an Senior IT Project Manager to support Navy Enterprise Business Solutions (NEBS, Program Manager, Warfare (PMW) 220), to provide Acquisition, Program and Project Planning and Execution and Deployment amp; Sustainment support at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY), Washington, DC. Incumbent will support the deployment, and sustainment of the Electronic Procurement System (ePS), the Navy’s planned contract-writing and procure-to-pay system. Duties and Responsibilities: • Support Program implementation activities, including development and execution of implementation strategy for Navy enterprise-wide business IT system. • Support Program training and logistics activities, including development and execution of training and help desk support strategies. • Support Program data management activities, including development, execution, and maintenance of data migration and data archiving plans. • Support creation and maintenance of Implementation Plans. • Support creation and maintenance of Legacy Data Conversion Plans. • Support creation and maintenance of End-User Training plans. • Support creation and maintenance of system documentation. • Support risk management activities such as Risk identification, analysis, mitigation, monitoring, and control. • Support oversight of end-user training on new systems • Support development of Standard Operating Procedures • Support evaluation of System Documentation for Completeness • Support development and Execution of Organizational Change Management Plan • Support assessment of Stakeholder Satisfaction • Identify Project Achievements • Identify Gaps in Project Fulfillment and Project Failures • Identify Lessons Learned • Policy, plan, and procedure review, analysis, development, update, and management to support compliance requirements. • Process analysis, improvement, and implementation to support optimized performance.

Requirements
• US Citizenship and eligible for access to US Government Systems, and Public Trust Clearance
• Master's Degree (Preferred)
• 15-20 years’ experience working in the Department of Navy or DoD Acquisition Program offices or support roles.
• Experience implementing enterprise IT systems.
- Eligible to Obtain Public Trust Position (PT).
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Hands-on Experience with the Statutes, Executive Orders, OMB Circulars, and Federal, Department of Defense, Department of the Navy regulations, directives, instructions, and guidebooks governing Acquisition, Administrative Management, and Organizational Charters.
• Hands-on Experience with the Statutes, Executive Orders, OMB Circulars, and Federal, Department of Defense, Department of the Navy regulations, directives, instructions, and guidebooks governing Budget, Finance, Audits, and Related Information Control.
• Hands-on Experience with one or more enterprise applications supporting the business process defined in the DoD Business Enterprise Architecture and performed in national governmental/military maritime operations.
• Software, Tools, Systems, Databases, and/or Programming Languages:
o Microsoft Excel, Intermediate
o Microsoft Power Point, Intermediate
o Microsoft Project, Basic
