Product Marketing Manager (Global role based in US)

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SaaS Product Marketer who can drive all facets of our Product Marketing efforts.
This will be a hands-on, production-focused role spanning all areas of product marketing, including but not limited to: Research, positioning and messaging, competitive amp; market intelligence, product launch, and enablement support.
By collaborating with the Sales, Sales Development, Product Development, and Marketing teams you’ll work to deeply understand our application space, our competition and why our customers need amp; choose our solution.
You will also closely partner with our Product Development team during new product launches, and throughout the product life cycle, to understand and help communicate the new value we’re delivering to customers.
What you will be responsible for
- Customer research to drive Product use, fit and adoption and insights.
- Testing and validation of our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) in conjunction with sales, product and marketing leadership.
- Persona and use case creation, development, and maintenance.
- Competitive intelligence and research, capturing the evolving market.
- Product positioning and messaging theme development to support product strengths and fit for target segments.
- Creation and execution of product launch plans to support our external Go To Market strategies.
- Drive product and feature adoption efforts as part of our overall Customer Marketing strategy, in collaboration with the Customer Success team.
Secondary responsibilities
- Content creation (product / feature spec sheets, blogs, presentations, guides etc.), working with Content Marketing and Demand Generation to engage prospects and customers.
- Sales enablement through supporting materials and sessions to help Account Executives close more deals and shorten sales cycles.

Requirements
What we need you to bring to the role
- Significant Experience within a hands-on SaaS B2B Product Marketing role.
- Strong customer and market research background.
- Established track record of planning and executing on a diverse set of PMM opportunities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
