Requirements

What you will do:
As the Customer Solutions Engineer, you’ll be enthusiastically motivated, data analytical and results driven, and a deeply tech-savvy generalist. The Customer Solutions Engineer will help to build our client base and increase customer satisfaction through providing exceptional and delightful technical support before and after-sales. The Customer Solutions Engineer should be able to satisfy client queries in a timely manner and train clients to use products, as well as work with the sales team to increase sales.

To be successful as a Customer Solutions Engineer, you should have an excellent set of technical skills, passion, sales ability, and interpersonal skills. Ultimately, a good Customer Solutions Engineer is customer obsessed, tech-savvy, analytical, and need to be a well organized project manager.

Be exceptionally pragmatic. Working in a start-up environment requires that you’ll be able to make the right trade offs to progress projects while balancing constraints and input. We’re looking for a candidate that can be pragmatic, and has the ability to make decisions based on data.

Be customer-obsessed. We believe understanding the customer experience across pre and post sales activity helps our team build amazing products that solve real problems. Getting to know our customers and the challenges they face through conversations, research, and engagement with our community, will be a powerful input into this role.

Your experience:
We’re looking for an innovative, motivated Customer Solutions Engineer with a passion to deliver extraordinary results with more than 5 years years of relevant experience in a start-up, fast paced, and dynamic environment.

Strong ability to communicate, present and project manage

Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (i.e., Looker, Domo, PowerBI, Tableau, Data Studio)

Public Cloud (GCP, Azure) Intermediate Data warehouse and Database Development and Infrastructure Management and Architecture experience (BigQuery, CloudSQL, MySql, nosql, postgres, MSSQL, Google DLP and AI, etc.)

Intermediate/expert Scripting and Tooling for Automation in a programming language (PowerShell, python/sql/nodejs,c+/javascript, etc.)

Intermediate Saas Sales and Solutions Selling

Windows, MAC Server Management and Administration

Intermediate/expert Security ,Compliance
