From program design and development, to advocate recruitment, request fulfillment, and content development, Big Sky works with its clients to engage advocates, uncover compelling stories, and provide creative ways to share them. Clients include Adobe, Akamai, Coursera, Google Cloud, Informatica, Pure Storage, SAP, ServiceNow, Snowflake, VMware, and more.

As a Senior Manager, Customer PR and Advocacy, you will bring strategy, creativity, and flawless execution together to yield and promote engaging stories that inform and inspire people and organizations. In this role, you will:

• Conduct outreach to and drive engagement and relationship development with client sales teams and customers
• Coordinate and lead customer interviews to capture each customer’s potential story for media opportunities, marketing content, and more
• Collaborate with client contacts, including Customer Advocacy and Global PR teams, to identify business trends, timely topics, and other story angles to support client’s communications goals
• Craft story angles and collaborate with PR in developing media pitches based on customer success using our clients’ technology
• Work with writers and design teams to produce highquality content including customer stories, blogs, social media, and more that aligns with a client’s program strategy and key messaging
• Manage content through development, review, and approval cycles
• Work with client contacts to devise marketing plans and fulfill requests to maximize the impact of customer stories
• Interact regularly with client contacts to provide status updates on program activities in progress
• Track program activities in clients’ systems and provide ongoing support for program reporting
• Manage incoming requests from teammates and clients’ PR, AR, Marketing, and Sales teams
• May manage other team members to accomplish work
• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors to accomplish work, as needed
