PallayPack is a growing Canadian company located in Montreal, Canada. The company is specialized in the design, manufacturing, distribution and servicing of Pharmaceutical Packaging and Automation Machinery. Approximately 80 % of the company’s sales are in the US, and we are looking to expand our local service capability into the Mid Western US.
We have an immediate opening for a permanent, full-time Automation Machinery Service Technician to support our growth and physical expansion into the US.
The main tasks:
- Installation (machine frames, pneumatics, some electrical, etc.), testing, troubleshooting, training and service support of automated equipment (actuators and sensors).
Requirements
- Able to read mechanical assembly drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics.
- Experienced with technical products and have a technical background.
- Electromechanical Diploma would be an asset.
- 5-7 years of assembly or service experience.
- Experience operating PLCs: Siemens, Beckhoff and/or Allen-Bradley.
- Fluent in English
- Travel Required valid passport and driver’s license required.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, cosmetic and/or food packaging equipment a big asset.

Salary: $60,000-$80,000 per year plus bonus potential .
