Job Description

Core4ce is seeking a Jr. Project Manager for a remote opportunity.

  • Perform Program Management Office Support, Project Management, Data Science Subject Matter Expertise, Data
  • Architecture, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics Support, Database Support, Systems
  • Support, Business Intelligence Support, Health Registry Support, Technical, Cloud, and Data Engineering support compatible with the Defense Health Agency portfolio of Information Technology systems, its medical facilities, operating capacity and equipment to help organize and oversee the Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions
  • Program Management Office efforts related to enterprise-level data analysis, technical data services and support, data engineering, data architecture, limited investigational research, clinical data research and healthcare integration activities
  • Track, submit and update agreements (such as Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs), Memorandums of Agreement (MOAs), Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), Inter Service Support Agreements (ISSAs), Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), System of Record Notices (SORNs), Data Use Agreements (DUAs)) associated with information management.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Defense Department Data Sources (e.g., cost and software data reporting, Earned Value Management (EVM)
  • Strong organization and management skills for project management tracking of finances, schedule, agreements, and documents submitted, work completed, deliverable execution, milestone tracking, and status updates for the project to report to Government Program Leadership and Stakeholders.
  • Able to obtain favorable background investigation.
