About the role:
We are looking for a highly diligent individual with an exceptional work ethic to join us as an Executive Assistant! We're in hyper-growth mode and are working on some exciting projects which has increased our administrative demand. You will play a key role in supporting our leadership team through data entry, administration, conducting research, compiling reports, assisting with contracts and other compliance documentation. Growth at a fast-paced startup is accelerated and afforded to those who are committed to their continued learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with founding team and executive leaders to support daily business functions
- Support various departments to optimize work flow, performance and organizational effectiveness
- Lead research projects to support HR, Marketing, Business and Operational objectives
- Additional administrative tasks as defined by the ongoing needs of our business
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple competing deadlines without missing a beat
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
