- Serve as traffic analysis expert for team, provide guidance to customers on fingerprint development and content; maintain subject matter content in the form of technical guidance, procedural instructions, checklists, process charts, business rules and other tradecraft to support collaboration and maintain technical health of the organization
- Assist government leads in reviewing, processing and implementing proprietary languages
- Review and validate small analytic source code modules, to include all levels of the code
- Interpret basic logical expressions written in C++, REGEX and Python to ensure that analytic code, or changes to the code, is compliant with policies and meets customer requirements
- Track and manage responses to customer requests to ensure they are supported effectively and in a timely manner
- Drive and nurture relationships with customers from across the enterprise to define, refine and document requests; and collaborate with them to enable and develop effective solutions
- Define, develop and implement strategies and tools to measure targeting process performance
- Analyze, configure, maintain and manipulate data capture processes, data fields, scripts, databases and reporting tools
- Utilize system APIs to query for metrics and process performance information to support continuous process improvement
- Develop and document processes and procedures for review and approval of requests; maintain and manage changes to documentation for those processes and procedures
- Craft and execute complex queries for both DNR and DNI data types
- No travel is anticipated in the performance of this task.
Requirements
- TS/SCI clearance with a FULLSCOPE polygraph is required to start.
- Experience developing small software modules or analytics in C++ and REGEX
- Experience in reading/reviewing software code written in multiple languages in order to determine and understand overall functionality and flow, as well as specific code block function
- Scripting experience to include Python, VB scripting, Excel macros
- Strong SIGINT analysis background in targeting, dataflow and/or discovery
- Experience with metrics development and communication
- Ability/experience to communicate verbally and in writing to senior leaders
- Experience developing and documenting processes and procedures
- Understanding of legal authorities for mission data
- Experience working in Notepad ++, Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint
- Experience with corporate targeting tools
- Maintain awareness of state-of-the-art targeting and enrichment tools and techniques used in the collection environment.
