Job Description
Aetos Systems is currently searching for a Contract Program Manager (PM). The candidate will be oversee and manage the Cybersecurity Strategy and Policy Program. The PM roles and responsibility shall include :
• Managing contractor submitted deliverables using project plans, project scheduling and work breakdown schedules
• Incorporating quality control reviews of the contractor process, process improvements, and documentation being generated,
• Addressing contractor travel to Government locations identified,
• Coordinating contractor site visits to provide access and escorts to system(s) to be assessed,
• Collecting/generating lessons learned and incorporating improvements into their assessment activities,
• Provide weekly, monthly, and periodic updates/reports on status of cyber strategy and policy developments including identification of unforeseen issues and unexpected delays,
• Leading weekly meetings discussing contractor’s status in performing the work.
- Must have a 6C public trust high risk Clearance or a valid background investigation conducted within the last 2 years and positive US citizenship.
Requirements
Minimum Education/Experience:
• BS/BA degree in Information Systems Management (or equivalent) plus• Shall hold in good standings Professional Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute is requirement
• Ten (10) years of experience performing PM role and responsibility as listed above with five (5) years in a supervisory role.
