We’re looking for a data-driven, results-oriented Product Analyst to join our Product and Design team. You will be a core contributor to our product development cycle including, using data to continually improve our user experience.
What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand, prioritized, and solve the problems you have discovered in your data review.
- You will be translating technical information to non-technical people and vice versa.
- Turn solid insights into problems-to-be-solved by analyzing data to understand user journeys, customer funnels and conversion drivers.
- Monitor the impact of features we have launched and identify areas of improvement.
- Work in a fast-paced environment where iterating quickly is a critical skill.
Requirements
You are:
- A person who has a deep understanding in one of these three areas: Data, Design (UX) or Development and understands what is a good product.
- Has start-up experience. This experience is critical, we want people who can wear many hats and understand our various products and how these pieces interact.
- Has experience with our tools including Amplitude, Segment
- Inquisitive and a critical thinker.
- Has a solid mathematical and statistics background.
- Resourceful and not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
- An individual with many apps on your phone and can distinguish what is a good user experience.
- Curious, especially about what drives people to behave a certain way and what goes into their decision-making process
- Able to articulate the why behind your Product decisions including clearly communicating this to the team and other stakeholders within the business.
Nice to have:
- You have a understanding of how to optimize event tracking - what should be tracked, how it should be structured and taxonomies that should be applied.
- Segment experience.
