CREDIT amp; COLLECTIONS ANALYST

Located in Itastca, IL, in this B2B role you will be working for a global technology firm with established and new clients with a team of other smart, detail and goal oriented individuals.

The Credit amp; Collections team is the backbone of financial health for the company and as such you need to be able to analyze and make quickly make decisions always with an eye on long-term financial health.

Your General Tasks amp; Goals:

• Ability to examine, research and understand credit risks of a wide variety of clients
• Approve or deny credit on new accounts
• Release orders as they meet credit requirements
• Collections calls and emails, 50-100 each per week
• Reduce amp; maintain a lower quantity of past due amp; pending due accounts
• Ability to work with outside counsel amp; agencies
• Review purchase orders, invoicing and other documents to resolve billing conflicts

Requirements

Your Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting preferred)
• 5-12 years experience in credit amp; collections
• Understanding of collections, credit amp; billing procedures
• Excellent customer facing communication style and dedication to service
• Possess all of the qualities outlined above
