  • Driving continuous improvement and efficiencies in production planning, and developing team members accordingly is a major focus area
  • Establishing metrics, reports and dashboards to track performance against improvement targets. Evaluating both individual and overall team performance metrics with the Customer Operations Manager.
  • Ability to perform and excel at all duties listed for CSA
  • Ability to perform unbiased quality assurance of phone and email communication between team members and patients as outlined by the manager and provide constructive feedback to the team.
  • Maintains CSA team members results by coaching, counseling; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions
  • Reward and recognize performance and execute on progressive discipline as needed
  • Interact with various other partners to help troubleshoot orders, courteously respond to customers, insurances, and patients via phone and email and routing them, if needed, to the appropriate department.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth workflow in all departments, ability to work in other teams such as warehouse/pharmacy to provide support
QUALIFICATION GUIDELINES
  • 1+ year Healthcare experience REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 3+ years customer service
  • Minimum of 1+ year leadership/supervisory experience
  • Possess phone and email etiquette skills in order to provide excellent customer service
  • Experience with CRM software highly preferred (Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc)
  • Prior experience in a pharmacy setting is a plus
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with our partners as well as internal team
  • Adaptability: remains calm and reasonable amidst tense or stressful situations
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills including ability to effectively communicate and interact with all individuals with integrity, empathy and sincerity
WORK ENVIRONMENT/DEMANDS OF THE POSITION
  • Travel: Position may require travel.
  • Physical Demand: Light physical effort. For example, standing, bending, or stooping for extended periods, operating light office equipment, e.g., personal computer, copier, fax machine, etc., manually handling medium weight materials and/or equipment (0 to 10 pounds).
  • Dexterity: Light dexterity, e.g. using data processing equipment, long periods of standing/sitting, etc.
  • Mental Demand: Moderate to high degree of concentration due to volume, complexity, and/or pressure of work.
  • Working Conditions: Conditions having moderate exposure to such elements as heat, cold, noise, fumes, dust; exposure may involve up to 20% of work hours.
  • Accident or Health Hazard: Exposure to more serious injuries, such as eye injuries, hernia or occupational disease, which are not incapacitating in nature.
  • Work scheduled: Flexible schedule; hours will include some evenings and weekends.
Degree of physical exertion required for the position:
  • Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary Work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

  • Inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions, but not necessarily from temperature changes.
