Job Description

Inland Companies and Colliers | Wisconsin is seeking an Operations Administrator to support the daily HR and IT operations of our dynamic company. The Operations Administrator's responsibilities may include benefits administration, payroll processing, candidate onboarding, and other administrative tasks, as needed.

As a successful Operations Administrator, you will work with leadership to ensure seamless administration of tasks including but not limited to; HR onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, data entry into IT amp; HR systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance. Responsible for administration, deployment, and troubleshooting of mobile devices, mobile account management, password management. In addition, you will be responsible for processing payroll on a bimonthly basis under the review of the HR Manager.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administration, customer service, or benefits administration.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite with specific strength in Excel
  • Technical aptitude
  • Highly organized and capable of meeting strict deadlines.
  • High integrity Trusted, direct, truthful, confident. Must be able to hold information confidential.
  • Able to undertake multiple projects, manage shifting priorities, and handle a heavy workload.
  • Strong communications skills and customer focus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset Loves to be challenged, determined to win, puts clients and teammates first, collaborative, and operates on trust (not fear).
  • Polished appearance and the ability to interact with high-level professionals and employees.

HELPFUL SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration or onboarding new employees.
