Job Description

Welligent, a fast-growing Electronic Health Record (EHR) software vendor, is seeking a dynamic, high-performing software Account Executive. Welligent markets its cloud-based EHR and mobile app solutions nationwide to the behavioral health/human services markets. The ideal candidate will have experience selling into these markets and a strong track record of seeking and bringing on new customers and consistently achieving sales goals. As a Welligent Account Executive, you will be responsible for seeking new business in your target markets and expanding our customer base nationally.


EHR Software Account Executive Responsibilities

  • Independently generate sales opportunities including traditional prospecting, RFP submission, and marketing campaigns in order to create long-term partnerships
  • Demonstrate and maintain current product knowledge of Welligent’s software offerings
  • Demonstrate product knowledge of current Third-Party integrations
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospect to win
  • Enter, update and maintain customer data in Welligent’s CRM
  • Present Welligent’s software offerings to prospective customers
  • Attend tradeshows and conferences, networking with prospective and existing customers
  • Consistently meet Welligent's stated sales targets, quotas and other goals as defined in Welligent's sales commission plan
  • Demonstrate continuous progress towards meeting stated sales targets and quotas and other goals as defined
  • Be responsible for managing and developing relationships and sales opportunities in your defined territory

Preferred Experience, Skills and Requirements

  • College degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ambition, high energy and a desire to succeed
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; excellent phone demeanor
  • Desire to continuously expand product knowledge
  • Outstanding knowledge of and experience with MS Office and CRM
  • Travel between 50-75%
