Reporting Analyst

Biofourmis’ Digital Health solutions are deployed in partnership with world’s leading biotech, pharma and health systems that are pushing the innovation boundaries to improve outcomes.

With our rapidly growing customer base and project portfolio, we are building a group of implementation experts to lead delivery of projects for our customers. This group will work closely with our customers’ teams for deploying Biofourmis solutions and maximize the value derived by our customers. The implementation team will also work in close collaboration with internal cross-functional team.

We are seeking a Reporting Analyst with solid experience in organizing and presenting data for both internal and external users. The individual should demonstrate client focused solutioning and basic understanding of project and program management concepts. The individual will be responsible for collating data from various sources, normalizing and cleaning data, building targeted reports to support internal and external end users.

Responsibilities

  • Work with business analysis and data recording systems for use throughout the organization
  • Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports
  • Create business reports that provide insight into key data points
  • Communicate the results of data analysis in written and verbal form to managers
  • Regularly examine data reports to locate and resolve inconsistencies or errors
  • Support various departments, including marketing and sales, in reaching their goals through analysis
  • Monitor data to identify changes in financial and business trends

Requirements

  • One to three years of experience as a financial or business analyst
  • Experience with object-oriented programming and data analysis programs
  • Expertise in using visualization tools like Tableau or Spotfire
  • Analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven reports
  • Demonstrated ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
  • Ability to use SQL and Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, graphs and charts
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively relate data to coworkers
  • Excellent critical thinking skills to help solve business problems and make decisions
  • Tendency to pay close attention to small details that could impact results
  • General knowledge of business operations, objectives, strategies, process and information flow
