Corin is seeking a Distribution Center Associate to join our facility in Raynham, MA. The Distribution Center Associate will work directly with customer service, distribution center, and loaner program staff to handle receiving, order fulfillment, and inventory tasks to meet customer needs.

The Main Responsibilities of a Distribution Centre Asscociate are to:
- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by following quality policies and personnel procedures while complying with all applicable regulations, practices, and documented procedures related to our shipping, receiving, distribution center and loaner program
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Work as a team player to accomplish all goals and objectives
- Process orders and receipts quickly and efficiently using warehouse management software
- Create commercial invoices and packing slips for international shipments
- Create shipping labels using our Ship Manager software
- Box, secure, and ship all packages through designated shipping service
- Participate in regular cycle counts to maintain inventory
- Work closely with customer service to ensure timely delivery of product
- Process all Reverse Logistics inventory
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies and customer complaints
- Pull and process all expired, RGA’s, NCMR’s, and recalls as directed
- Ensure all applicable training is complete
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Support of all loaner activities as required
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
The Ideal Distribution Centre Associate Will have / be:
- A High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in warehousing or related field
- Attention to detail
- Ability to follow specific and detailed instructions including SOPs and work instructions
- Ability to handle and work under time-sensitive conditions
- Proven effective verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Computer skills for practical use with Email, word processing, and spreadsheets
- Lifting objects weighing up to 25 lbs. consistently
- Ability and willingness to stand on your feet for the majority of the day
- Occasionally, mandatory overtime may be scheduled per business needs
- Experience in a regulated environment (ISO, FDA GMP) is preferred
- Experience in using an ERP system is preferred
- 24 hour On-Call customer assistance duties is preferred
