Job Description

POSITION PURPOSE:

Ntirety is looking for a People Operations Co-op/Intern to join our team . Located at our downtown Vancouver BC office, or Newark DE office, the position will be filled by someone that is highly organized, motivated, works independently and carries themselves in a professional manner. The successful candidate will assist the Ntirety People Operations team with a wide range of projects related to recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, HR administration, HR processes and provide efficient and professional HR administrative support. This opportunity has the flexibility to allow exposure to different areas of HR depending on the incumbent’s personal interests. Mentoring and feedback is consistently provided throughout the internship to promote continued development.

This is a 4 month opportunity with the possibility to continue after on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be required to come into the office.


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • New/Exiting Employee Coordination put together the onboarding orientation package for new employees. Ensure all paperwork is complete for new and existing employees and delivered to the appropriate parties.
  • HR Information System (HRIS) Administration provide support in conducting the company’s HRIS audit and maintaining the HRIS homepage.
  • HR Filing Ensure employee files are kept current and confidential, organize and maintain HR, payroll and benefits filing, coordinate with Corporate Administration Department to help planning staff events.
  • HR Administration create and update the HR forms, company letter templates and policy templates.
  • Employer Branding provide support to update the company’s employee social media sites.
  • Assist with recruitment by posting and maintaining jobs on external job boards.
  • Other duties and HR projects as assigned.

Requirements

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associates degree or completed at least 2nd year of Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks to handle numerous assignments simultaneously.
  • Strong team player and must have positive attitude.
  • Previous working experience in an assistant or support role in an office environment preferred.
