Job Description

Currently, we are seeking a Project Manager (Customer Success), who will be responsible for delivering successful projects and outcomes for our customers.

Some core responsibilities include:

  • Hosting client kick-off and weekly meetings
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to our internal teams
  • Coordinate with our providers, medical operations, technology, product, member experience, and other teams as necessary
  • Track progress and results across all partners and programs
  • Iterate on the processes we use to improve project efficiency and customer outcomes

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be

  • Experienced in project management, with 5+ years a minimum time in role (specifically customer success or client service)
  • Familiar with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Notion, Google Docs) and bug tracking tools (Jira)
  • Personable with customers and teammates
  • Detail-oriented, and a lover of testing ideas
  • Opinionated, trustworthy, and transparent
  • Able to maximize your own output, while simultaneously contributing to our fast-paced and collaborative work environment
