Director – Training

Dragos’ Training team is responsible for helping our customers solve industrial control system security challenges. We pride ourselves in bringing our expertise back to the customers and community. Dragos is seeking a passionate Director of Training to be a people manager for our training team.
This position leads a range of training programs for internal and external customers. This includes both end user training as well as practitioner training. This position reports to the Vice President of Services and Ramp;D.Responsibilities

• Serve as manage, coach, mentor, and advocate for the training team
• Proactively build and maintain comprehensive instructor-led and on-demand programs for internal and external customers.
• Oversee the content collection and development efforts, leveraging Dragos resources as much as possible
• Produce and review key performance metrics aligned with business objectives
• Anticipate needs amp; drive innovation in both business needs and training options.
• Work with vendors, stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop detailed work package definitions, budget, resourcing plan and implementation plan
• Assist in long term planning and strategy

Requirements

• 3+ years of leading teams of 10 or less;
• 5+ years experience in bringing new product training programs to market
• Experience with learning management systems, authoring tools, video editing, etc
• Strong project, time management, and team collaboration skills
• Excellent social, verbal and written communication skills; ability to both facilitate and present complex analytical data to a variety of audiences and work effectively with customers
• Ability to travel (lt; 20%) to customer sites or headquarters
• Prior experience within cybersecurity technology industry
