As a High-End Fleet Operations Manager, you will be responsible for making sure all cars are dropped off and picked up at the desired SHAiR location in excellent condition. Here at SHAiR, we want to provide each customer with one-of-a-kind and best-in-class customer service.


Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and schedule pick up/drop off time(s) and location
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with customers
  • Report any damages caused by a renter
  • Attention to vehicle maintenance: cleanliness, sanitation, and superficial imperfections (scratches, dents, chips)
  • Apply effective troubleshooting techniques under pressure
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Develop relationships with Users via live chat and e-mail
  • Document and update User records based on interactions, live chat, and SF updates
  • Manage a User's profile requests
  • Mandatory to become verified on the SHAiR app
  • Mandatory to learn and understand SHAiR policies
  • Mandatory to learn the functionality of SHAiR app
  • Onboard new accounts; educate Users on how to apply and become verified
  • Onboard new Users, Owners, and Drivers
  • Participate in daily team meetings and offer ideas to improve User experience
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Provide recommendations to Users for bookings and postings
  • Read one book a month from Team Reads
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Write down daily goals

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry
  • Clean driving record
  • Professional driving experience (preferred)
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Minimum 45 WPM
  • Enjoys prospecting for new business and connecting with existing Users
  • Uphold SHAiR in a professional manner at all times; represent SHAiR in a positive light, help raise brand awareness and provide Users with a memorable experience
  • 2 years experience with customer service management software is preferred
  • A motivated self-starter
