Fellow is looking for an eCommerce Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team in San Francisco to help grow customer retention and loyalty, as well as increase customer lifetime value for our direct-to-consumer sales channel: fellowproducts.com.
Fellow is a product design company rooted in specialty coffee that focuses on enhancing and simplifying the brewing process and experience. We began as a Kickstarter campaign in 2013, opened our flagship store in 2017 in San Francisco’s Mission District, and are now a team of more than 50 in the US and 10 in China. We are a supportive team that continually tries to push and inspire each other to create products that people love to use and show off.
What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Director of eCommerce, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where no goal is too intimidating when there’s a great team and product portfolio behind it!
Day-to-day the role involves any of:
- Work cross-functionally to develop eCommerce creative assets to ensure they are on-brand while also achieving eCommerce goals
- Set up campaigns inside Klaviyo email tool, or set up A/B landing pages in Shopify and appropriate testing tools
- Manage the eCommerce marketing calendar to make sure everything stays on track and the key teams are informed of marketing plans
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, looking for opportunity to continuously improve key metrics across different customer segments.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage eCommerce campaign planning enabling campaigns like: product launches, sales events and product sustaining programs to ensure their success against revenue goals.
- Devise, plan and execute retention and loyalty marketing programs across email, SMS and web that will drive customer activation and reactivation of customers with 2+ shops, reduce customer churn and opt-out and reward high-spend.
- Analyze customer behavior to develop critical customer segments to grow and nurture. Monitor and measure their growth against RFM targets.
- Analyze campaign performance and incorporate learnings.
- Implement, test and modify various email and landing page elements for A/B testing.
- Champion and execute against best practice email and SMS marketing practices
Requirements
- 4+ years’ experience eCommerce retention and loyalty marketing strategy, planning and execution
- Deep use of Klaviyo or other ESPs
- Exposure and experience with SMS campaigns
- Proven track record of delivering retention and loyalty marketing results and generating profitable growth
- Analytical abilities - using tools like Optimizely, Google Analytics, HotJar and others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through
- Self-Starter and self-motivated individual with an owner mindset can drive growth
- Highly organized and able to multitask without any loss of output or focus.
- Eager and able to learn new systems and processes quickly
