Emplicity is a PEO with headquarters in CA. We are looking to add an LOA Administrator to the team. This is a remote position and the candidate will be expected to work from a home office. The Leave of absence administrator will be responsible for managing all leaves of absence for corporate employees and worksite employees including leaves such as FMLA, ADA, and vacation days. The LOA Administrator will be an integral part of the human resources (HR) department and receive notices from supervisors and risk management specialists, and written notice is then provided to employees to notify them of the next steps. The LOA Administrator will be tasked with approving or denying claims. The LOA Administrator will monitor and track employees who are on leave and may work with the payroll department to ensure that employees are compensated accordingly. Data relating to leaves of absence is entered into a database, so word processing skills and close attention to detail are important in this position.
