Skedulo is hiring a Customer Education Lead as part of our Customer Experience team. The Customer Education Lead is responsible for curating and implementing learning experiences for our Customer base across all Product lines with targeted content and interactive online courses. This position will effectively collaborate across Skedulo to create a cohesive content strategy, roadmap and implementation plan to deliver results-driven online educational content using a wide variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices adhering to adult learning theory to ensure maximum effectiveness of programs.

Requirements

  • Collaborate across Skedulo teams to create an e-Learning strategy and content development approach including training materials, online modules, and self service options that enables our customers to ramp quickly and realize value from our product.
  • Curate, design, develop and build online learning and assessment content with a hands on approach including leading webinars and creating written documentation, articles, diagrams, guide and video tutorials, for both individual and group training for system champions, staff and partners
  • As first hire into the Customer Education team, evaluate and set up a Learning Management Systems (LMS), external content delivery platforms, online test environments and other systems
  • Support the creation of a variety of multimedia assets inclusive of video, audio, graphics and motion graphics
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Skedulo capabilities and partner closely with Product to learn about all new Product releases and ensure online content is up-to-date
  • Field internal and external inquiries and content requests for Customer Education
  • Nurture relationships with stakeholders such as Sales, Service Delivery, Customer Success, Support, and Customer Marketing to innovate new learning programs and promote existing programs as well as understand needs to prioritise learning deliverables for Skedulo customer, staff and Partners
  • Knowledgeable and versed on company culture to influence content strategy creation and promote to customers


Minimum Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software with at least 3 years experience in a Training or Education role preferably at a high-growth SaaS company. Customer Training or Education for SaaS
  • Excellent Project Management and Organizational Skills
  • Ability to Build and Maintain Education Content for a technical SaaS platform
  • Knowledge of Adult Learning Theories for Effective Instructional Design
  • Ability to Quickly Understand new Products, technically complex information and translate into terms that are easy to understand
  • Excellent verbal, written, and grammatical skills
  • A strong teamwork ethic and ability to thrive in fast paced environment is essential


Desired Skills amp; Experience:

  • Previous experience curating and implementing learning and development courses
  • Enjoy problem solving while learning, developing and applying new skills along the way
  • Beneficial to have a working knowledge of the Atlassian Suite, JIRA, Confluence and Zendesk
  • Beneficial to have prior experience working with offshore and distributed teams
  • Relationship-building skills to collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts

Additional Requirements:

  • This position will require no more than 10% travel from time to time as set forth by the Company.
  • Must have a valid US work visa or citizenship status.
