What You'll Do:
Birdeye is looking for a world-class member to join our Field Marketing Team. The Tradeshow and Events Coordinator will be responsible for helping the marketing team drive results for the Sales Team.
This role presents an excellent opportunity for a new marketer to make a significant impact, partnering with the sales team.
This role will mainly focus on supporting and growing the opportunities in the field for our SMB Dental Market.
As a Tradeshow and Event Coordinator you will work cross functionally with the teams to keep projects running smoothly and on time with deliverables for each event.
Responsibilities
- Execute event logistics and strategy that drives opportunities for sales
- Manage trade show program budgets.
- Support vendor management related to tradeshows and events including arrangement of booth space, collateral, audio visual needs, equipment rental, set-up and dismantling of the exhibit, coordinating the routing of exhibits shipped to shows etc.
- Support preparation for pre-show meetings and on-site meetings to ensure team members are set up for success.
- Work cross functionally with teams to manage creative assets needed for events
- Manage lead lists and follow up reporting for sales.
- Attend and staff trade show events.
Requirements
- 2-5 years experience is a fast pace environment
- Energetic and professional communication skills
- Amazing follow through and attention to detail
- Organized and have the ability to multitask
- Event coordination experience
- Ability to travel 20- 30%
