Head of SaaS

We're looking for a versatile, hard-working, and talented Head of SaaS to join our team in Los Angeles (CA), San Francisco (CA) or remote. You will be working within our growth team but leading the charge on our fast growing SaaS business.



What you’ll do

  • Work with Head of Growth to define an ambitious yet sustainable monetization strategy which is in line with Spring’s vision of being the world's leading creator commerce platform;
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering team to ensure monetization strategy is delivered and integrated into the core platform features;
  • Drive adoption of SaaS products using in-platform marketing techniques;
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monetization, analyse KPI reports and share information with exec team to identify and predict trends;
  • Promote a holistic monetization strategy with the goal of improving creator success, creator retention and increasing SaaS revenue, while respecting the creator experience;
  • Analyze the impact of changes on user experience and identify opportunities that will have a positive impact on monetization;
  • Monitor trends on monetization in order to identify best practices, achieve optimal results and innovation;

Requirements

What we’re looking for.

  • Has experience scaling a SaaS business or building out a monetization division at a tech company;
  • Is able to craft the strategy and distribution plan behind multi-channel digital marketing campaigns;
  • Must be both equally a people person and numbers person. We are looking for someone who has a good balance between soft skills and analytical rigor.
  • Has a results-orientated, analytical approach to product marketing. Possess a comprehensive understanding of web analytics, digital marketing channels (email marketing, display advertising, paid search, and content marketing) and would be comfortable interpreting and analyzing results from campaigns.
  • Love bringing order to chaos: crafting structure and building processes. Are a highly proficient multitasker, strong in both strategy and execution. As the team lead, strong project management and collaboration skills are a must to thrive in this dynamic and fast-paced role.
  • Have at least 3+ years in a similar role(s).
