Complex Networks is seeking a dedicated Freelance, DigitalLibrary Manager with a focus on Sneakers. The person will manually own, update, review and fill data, correct, and maintain a library database of 40,000+ sneakers on Sole Collector App, the ultimate resource for buying and building a sneaker collection at the best prices on iOS and Google Play app stores, in collaboration with our content and technology teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own Sole Collector App User Experience key result of Refining Sneaker Library for overall App Functionality
- Comb through 8 spreadsheet databases in batches of 5,000 sneakers to fill missing data including product names, images, style codes, colors, original price, brand, and model
- Lead an ongoing effort to track missing search results in-app and manually update in real-time to reduce searches with no results and popular sneakers being accounted for and showcased correctly within the application
- Establish sequence and process for identifying fixes per product with missing information in sync with proper stakeholders to confirm data points from content and editorial teams
- Collaborate with the technology development team to utilize open sources to fill in and march towards automation of missing sneaker data points and sneaker library upkeep
- Assist with app’s sneaker curation and marketing communication initiatives
Requirements
- Must be knowledgeable in sneakers
- Experience with sneaker-based commerce, media, and/or applications is a plus
- Excel and Google Sheets
- Must have a background in data input and spreadsheet management via Microsoft
