Senior Marketing Manager - Content

This new marketer will be an integral role on the Biofourmis commercial team, working closely with the VP of marketing and other stakeholders to achieve goals for the business. This individual will be responsible for supporting each business unit, with a focus on building out messaging and content relevant to our target customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop content based on key product differentiators, knowledge of current literature, current competitive environment, and consideration for regulatory/legal requirements to articulate the benefits of our products
  • Build and execute the production of marketing and product training materials, and deliver sales force training for product launches
  • Assist members of our sales team to provide deeper dives into our existing product lines
  • Work closely with marketing peer (focused on digital) to optimize content for search engines and lead generation.
  • Build and manage rich content that attracts a qualified audience to our owned properties (including blog posts, whitepapers, symposium, webinars, infographics, etc.).
  • Oversee creative agency partnerships where needed. Manage agency priorities and approve expenditures within budget guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with relevant cross-functional stakeholders when creating new marketing materials
  • Act as internal brand steward to ensure for a consistent brand feel across all customer touch points worldwide
  • Gain insights from market research to refine messaging and positioning versus the competition, providing a stronger value proposition to target customers
  • Analyze clinical and market data to assess future messaging opportunities



Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years marketing experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries or
  • Master's Degree or equivalent and 3 years marketing experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industries
  • Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills
  • Substantial understanding in tracking and interpreting market share and competitive dynamics.
  • Substantial knowledge of marketing concepts and principles
  • Possess a fundamental clinical knowledge related to hospital environment, clinical practice and reimbursement policies
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
