Senior Marketing Manager - Digital

This new marketer will be an integral role on the Biofourmis commercial team, working closely with the VP of marketing and other stakeholders to achieve goals for the business. This individual will be responsible for supporting each business unit, with a focus on building and executing a digital marketing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).
  • Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes, utilizing existing and potentially new tools to reach customers through various channels.
  • Develop long-term digital strategy, focused on enhancing our website, SEO, social media approach, and email marketing efforts through targeted efforts
  • Establish key performance indicators and utilize analytics to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine the process to convert customers in a more efficient manner.
  • Explore and integrate innovative marketing strategies and tactics to augment traditional marketing approaches, geared to Biofourmis’ customer personas
  • Work alongside marketing peer and commercial leadership to help distribute content that educates and engages with our target audience, supporting marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with management across multiple functions to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
  • Responsible for using insights, market research, voice of customer, voice of field and other sources of data to strategically develop global campaigns that add equity for our brand in partnership with cross functional team members
  • Manage assigned budget


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of marketing experience or
  • Master's Degree and 3 years of marketing experience
  • Proven successful project management skills
  • Proven expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
  • Extensive knowledge of own area within the organization while contributing to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards
  • Knowledge and understanding of brand communication channels; print, digital and new media production
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
