Receive shipments of orders from the Laboratories
Store each order in the rack according to the account/destination country
Control and management of the physical inventory of orders.
Report to the Direction of Logistics and Logistic Manager the orders received and reviewed.
Receive and review shipping instructions by Logistics Manager
Review the physical orders against the laboratory proforma that accompanies them and in turn against the proforma sent by Logistics Manager.
Arrange the shipments for each account / destination country, in the UPS packaging with their respective support documents (guide, invoice and Certificate of origin).
Make the Certificate of Origin for each shipment
Ship from the UPS platform.
Send the shipping notification email to each account
Keep track of all shipments and notify the status of each account.
Make the monthly report of the shipping cost to report to the Laboratories and that this value be credited to the Spectrum account.
Other functions that are inherent to the position.
Requirements
Shipping Logistic
Must speak Elnglis and Spanish
You must do the reception, review, preparation and dispatch operation of the contact lenses that are in our office.
