Phoenix Home Care is currently hiring LPN’s to assist our children and young adults with specialized health care needs! This position is one on one within the client’s home and can include assisting with things such as vents, trachs, g-tubes, etc. We try to keep you as close to your home as possible and we do our best to establish all of your hours with one client.

Requirements

• Active LPN/RN License
