TechFlow, Inc is currently hiring a Test amp; Evaluation (Tamp;E) Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Fredericksburg, Virginia for our Cyber Security Services division.

Tamp;E SME supports the development and implementation of end-to-end Tamp;E support for PEO LS AC2SN projects such as TBMCS and emerging Joint Air C2 applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Support by participating in Air C2 or CTF related working groups, technical reviews, and other group activities. This support shall include attending program meetings and making recommendations on technical matters, decisions required and summary of notes detailing working group activities as required.

  • Advise PEO LS, AC2SN, with Air C2 overall technical system management expertise (e.g., system administration, network administration, installation amp; configuration of software amp; hardware, user account access, permission management, server amp; client performance) specific to requirements definition, infrastructure design and software development activities for current and emerging USMC Air C2 systems.
  • Advise and support the PEO LS for USMC Air C2 programs by providing technical Air C2 domain knowledge to augment independent cybersecurity evaluation teams performing formal testing (Annual Security Review, Cyber Compliance Test) as part of acquisition program certification and accreditation (Camp;A) activities.
  • System administrator functions to include account setup and management and system security protocol relaxation for vulnerability/configuration scanning tools.
  • Technical assistance may also be required across the Camp;A process to support the program Information Systems Security Manager role with review and technical analysis of cybersecurity products including Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) scan results, system security Plan of Action and Milestones (POAamp;M), Security Technical Implementation Guide STIG applicability matrix, Vulnerability Assessment Report (VAR) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) supporting documentation.
  • Develop operationally realistic test concepts, risk assessment determinations, operational data requirements, interface requirements, test planning, test execution and test reporting across the C2 framework of Joint Air Operations.
  • Support PEO LS by coordinating with the Combined Test Force (CTF) to support Joint Air C2 testing to include the Air Operations Center Weapon System (AOC WS) development/sustainment activities and TBMCS Force Level development/sustainment activities and modernization activities of emerging Air C2 applications.
  • Provide operational insight and software development feedback for the suite of emerging Air C2 applications. Support shall also extend to the related Air C2 application documentation across the TAGS.
  • Provide acquisition engineering and process support by reviewing any PEO LS AC2SN delta NET training and fielding TBMCS-R and TBMCS- MC documentation and products
  • Review and analyze applicable technical artifacts, evaluate proposed hardware configuration/specifications for replacement configuration items and participate in weekly engineering status meetings, technical interchange meetings and system design reviews to affirm requirements, status of software development efforts, adequacy of design and the technical implementation approaches.
  • Validate and verify technical requirements at formal developmental test events, risk reduction events and critical analyses.
  • System administrative and management support encompasses overall technical oversight of test event planning through execution and reporting activities overseeing software development releases and updated infrastructure, databases and networks.
  • Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work.
  • Requirements

    • 15 + years of experience in Test amp; Evaluation
    • Specific TBMCS, C2AOS and other TAGS technical domain knowledge is required.
    • Security + certification is required.
    • Current U.S. Secret Security Clearance, and ability to maintain U.S. Secret Security Clearance
    • Position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree and fifteen (15) years’ experience.
