Art Producer

The Art producer is responsible for the execution of creative workflows from kickoff through job closing. They shepherd projects from end-to-end and provide tracking and project management inclusive, but not limited to managing timelines, connecting key players, gathering assets, and confirming delivery.

Responsibilities:

The role is focused on creative execution and management. We are looking for someone who will:

• Assist with slate management, by raising flags regarding workflow issues or potential bottlenecks.
• Provide project level visibility and proactive resourcing solutions for general resource gaps or creative overallocation.

• Ingest and track projects in our project management tool, from kickoff through delivery.
• Manage timelines and set key dates with makers and cross-functional partners.
• Activate and communicate with production partners when appropriate in dedicated workflows.
• Coordinate designers and delivery.
• Confirm delivery of assets and project back up
• Close projects and assist in reporting as requested by cross-functional partners and Creative Planning.
• Connect bi-monthly with clients to review needs and deliver/address feedback.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate would exhibit the following:

• Extensive experience in the creative and post production industry.
• Experience across AV and/or Design post-production workflows.
• Expert knowledge in scheduling and budgeting software.
• Strong project management background managing high asset volume projects.
• Proficiency in project management tooling.
• Strong operational skills, specifically when running day to day workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills since team members will look to the post producer for workflow clarity.
• Experience working with creatives ie. Editors, designers, motion graphics artists, etc.
