Job Description

Droplette is revolutionizing drug delivery: we are building a disruptive needle-free platform technology with groundbreaking applications in cosmetics, gene delivery, and healthcare.

Our team is looking for a Director of Growth Marketing to drive acquisition and retention across all performance channels. You will own identifying, prioritizing and testing new channels and then scaling them up. You're comfortable managing agencies, building and scaling a team and working with contract consultants. You'll clearly lay out the assumptions you're making, and then adjust as you gather new data. You will partner with internal and external teams in order to make it happen. You’ll be optimizing existing channels and proving out new channels and scaling them.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own all aspects of growth marketing: develop strategies and plans to drive near-term new customer acquisition and build a foundation for healthy growth in the future
  • Drive acquisition and growth across all performance channels including but not limited to Paid Digital, Social, Search, TV, Affiliate, Offline, Content, PR, Email, Ecomm, SEO
  • Drive budget allocation between channels and lead the campaign specific strategy to optimize for LTV:CAC
  • Oversee our CRM efforts including email, sms, as well as direct mail.
  • Identify, test, measure, and optimize channels in order to grow revenue while maintaining a strong LTV/CAC ratio.
  • Manage external media agencies and significant media budget while being holistic and resourceful in your approach to spend.
  • Work with the Brand Marketing team to create aligned consumer communications and campaign calendars across all channels (onsite, social, mobile, app) and to ensure both strong commercial and consistent brand messages.

What We Seek:

  • 4+ years of growth marketing experience in a DTC business, subscription model experience is ideal.
  • Paid Social, Paid Search and Paid Display, and SEO experience required. Strong knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, and Direct Mail preferred
  • A team player who thrives in fast paced environments.
  • Experience with managing external digital agencies and building/managing an internal growth team.
  • Strong analytical skills and a passion for leveraging data to derive insights and drive impactful business and marketing decisions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel and other analytical tools required.
  • Flexible, adaptable and ready to roll up sleeves to take on new projects outside of day-to-day scope, pending business needs
  • Must be passionate about skincare and overall health and well-being.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant analytical major required. Masters degree preferred.
