Job Description

We are looking for a strong, confident SDET that can not only follow direction but can also suggest better ways to do things. Specifically, we are looking for strong Unity experience throughout the entire game lifecycle. Some PM experience would be helpful or at least the ability to maintain the big picture. The project involves automating scenario tests in a Unity environment, featuring both Windows and Mobile devices, and a wide variety of technologies including C++, C#, SQL, React, and NodeJS.

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of QA fundamentals with strong passion for quality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience within the Unity automation framework
  • Senior-level Automation framework programming experience including:
    • Strong knowledge of the following technologies:
      • C++
      • C#
      • React
      • NodeJS
      • Taiko + Gauge
      • Azure Develop
    • Ability to ramp up quickly on existing codebase as well as a custom scripting language
    • Excellent debugging skills
  • Solid distributed system networking fundamentals including:
    • Familiarity with packet analysis tools (Netmon or Wireshark)
  • Basic database programming (SQL Server)

Strongly Prefer

  • Custom test automation background, preferably as primary author of a custom test framework or harness
  • Experience with Load/Stress testing
  • Experience using mocking frameworks (e.g., Moq, NSubstitute)
  • The demonstrated ability to work independently and partner effectively across multiple groups
