We’re currently in the middle of a really exciting period of growth here at Harbr. We’ve been around since 2017, but until May last year, we had been operating in stealth-mode while we focused on building the best product possible. In November 2020, 6 months after emerging from stealth, we announced our $38.5m Series A, led by Dawn Capital and Tiger Global. We’ve already started to onboard a series of exciting enterprise clients, and are looking to grow the team at lightning pace.
We currently have a UK based Head of Support, a US based Lead, and a team of Engineers spread across both locations. We’re looking to continue to build a best-in-class team, with a focus on utilising tech to scale enterprise grade support.
That’s where you come in. We’re looking to hire a code-enabled Support Engineer for our platform. As we’re running a multi-cloud environment, we’re looking for someone fairly technical, who can contribute to providing support across GCP and AWS. You’re likely to have some background in coding (ideally in Python) as well as some experience supporting cloud infrastructure (GCP or AWS) and will want to expand on this during your time at Harbr. We see this as being a role with a heavy focus on career development and will encourage the continued development of your tech skills, as well as progression into our Engineering team given time.
