Reporting to the VP of Sales Operations, the Sales Operations Manager engages directly with our sales leadership, service teams, and marketing to help transform our sales processes, resources, and technology into a competitive advantage for the outside sales teams. This role requires a wide-ranging business acumen and a passion to help others succeed.

How you’ll contribute to the team:

  • Coordinate all pre-work, quality assurance checks, and postmortem review of activities related to sales enablement projects.
  • Dedicated reporting and analysis resource for the sales enablement department, including reporting of key metrics and KPIs, sales technology tracking and analysis, and other ad hoc reporting requests.
  • Understand the intricacies and dynamics of market segments to provide best in class resources and solutions.
  • Engage in probative dialogue with sales leaders to maximize resources and gain efficiencies when prioritizing requests, often offering a different path or solution.
  • Actively participate in the rapidly evolving seller-buyer dynamic with cross functional teams including service, claims, pricing, and credit departments.
  • In coordination with key stakeholders develop, manage and track RFP process for key segments.
  • Champion the utilization of salesforce.com with all sales leaders and associates ensuring it is the single source of truth for all data and decisions.
  • Utilization of data to provide insights, identify trends and determine best path forward.

Requirements

What you'll bring to the table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Demonstrable success in leading cross functional teams.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM.
  • 3+ Years in Sales Process Management, Project management or relevant field.
