To keep that momentum going strong, we’re expanding our team of enthusiastic go-getters. We’re on the hunt for a Program Coordinator to facilitate world-class execution of our Virtual Workshops and Fail Consultations programs, as well as suggest and implement ongoing improvements to ensure their long-term success.

Our Virtual Workshop program is a live-instruction component of our ARE test prep offering. In the weekly virtual workshops, our instructors guide test candidates through difficult study topics for each of the six divisions on the ARE exam. We engage with nearly one hundred architecture exam candidates each week.

Our Fail Consultation program is a benefit we extend to Black Spectacles subscribers: if they fail an exam, we offer one consultation session with a registered architect to help exam candidates debrief their study strategies and create a plan for success on their next exams.


You will:

  • Be responsible for delivering a world-class Virtual Workshop program with high-quality content and stellar instruction.
  • Recruit, train, and manage skilled instructors, assess their performance, and facilitate individual and group meetings on a weekly/monthly basis.
  • Continuously monitor our workshop content, perform QA, and regularly maintain and update our instructional material. As the program continues to grow, you’ll also identify areas for improvement and spearhead the development of new content.
  • Analyze and report on instructor performance, program quality, and customer satisfaction metrics for Virtual Workshops each week.
  • Provide technical support and problem solving assistance to program instructors and program customers as needed.
  • Manage our Fail Consultation program and consultants; hold biweekly meetings, assess consultant performance, and report on customer satisfaction metrics each week.
  • Support ongoing development projects on the content and learning teams.
  • Ensure program compliance with company policies and procedures.


Key outcomes of this role:

  • Maintain top-tier customer satisfaction ratings from our Virtual Workshop attendees and Fail Consultation users, in terms of instructor, consultant, and content quality.
  • Ensure instructors and consultants adhere to our quality standards through routine performance reviews.
  • Consistent reporting on all success metrics for our Virtual Workshops, and evaluating those metrics weekly for quality assurance.

Requirements

  • Experience in tutoring/teaching, or mentoring/coaching instructors.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills; you’re detail-oriented, efficient, and communicate clearly, proactively, and in a timely manner.
  • 2+ years as a program coordinator or had equivalent experience managing program delivery.
  • Collaborative, self-starter, and problem-solver.
  • You’re passionate about delivering a high-quality learning experience to our customers.
