Job Summary:

Reputation’s legal department is looking for a talented and experienced legal professional to play a key role on the legal team, handling and assisting with legal matters and projects across a broad range of areas, and helping the department establish processes and resources for growth and scaling. This role reports to the General Counsel and will work closely with all members of the legal team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparing and managing corporate documents and records relating to Board of Directors and shareholder matters, domestic and international subsidiaries, and governance matters
  • Support drafting and revision of routine commercial contracts such as procurement agreements, MSAs, SOWs and NDAs
  • Respond to requests for information and documents from internal business partners, auditors and other partners
  • Assist with creating and maintaining legal and compliance templates, policies and knowledge sharing resources
  • Interface with other departments such as Finance, IT, Security and HR as a representative of the Legal Department on cross-functional issues
  • Be a leader for the legal team in identifying and driving initiatives and systems to optimize efficiency in legal processes and collaboration within the Legal team
  • Oversee and drive best practices with respect to legal document and record management, including usage of a contract management system
  • Create policies and processes around legal spending, billing and tracking
  • Drive, track and report on legal team initiatives and objectives
  • Own and assist attorneys with other special projects
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years’ of experience of combined experience as a paralegal, contracts manager and/or legal operations professional
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and G-Suite applications, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Technical savvy and interest in identifying new technical sol
