• You will be a member of the TetraScience engineering team and take on the Scrum master responsibilities
• Partner with the squads to ensure timely delivery of tasks and deliverables
• Conduct agile ceremonies
• You will be comfortable working with a geographically dispersed team, in various time zones
• You will learn, grow, and be challenged. You will speak up and represent your position amongst peers and leadership, while remaining resilient and open to constructive feedback.
• You will sometimes make tough compromises, or find things take longer than you want them to, or need to work extra hard to convince a colleague of your position.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, scrum master, or similar technical leadership role
• Demonstrated deep knowledge of technical program management, agile methodologies, and engineering best practices
• Experience with agile software development lifecycle from conception to delivery
• Experience defining projects, identifying risks, managing cost, coordinating scope, managing prioritization, identifying dependencies, scheduling and deploying new products and features
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver projects with multiple dependencies and constraints
• History of being detail-oriented with an ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
• Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills to earn trust and influence partners and teams
• Experience creating and cascading processes through an organization
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
  
• Experience in Life Sciences is a big plus!
